This is how Margit would describe her job

Early in the morning, I start my working day by going through my weekly schedule. In it, I set out my to-do list for the whole week and work my way through the various areas of our company step by step. From the office to the staff rooms and on to the communal areas, there’s always something to do.

Thanks to the expansion, everything is bigger, but it’s also become brighter and more modern. At H&S, we’re open to new equipment or tools if they make the work easier. That naturally makes our day-to-day work more enjoyable.

The best thing about Margit's job

To be honest: I simply enjoy all the work I do across the whole company, and when you’ve got such a lovely team by your side all the time, it naturally makes it all the more enjoyable.

What I particularly like is that at H&S, everyone makes a contribution and is recognised and valued for it. No matter what task you take on, you’re part of the team and are treated as such. On top of that, the working hours are quite normal, so you don’t have to be at the office on your own late in the evening.

What Margit especially appreciates at H&S

„Family first“ could be the motto of H&S: On the one hand, we are one big family as a team, and on the other hand, the private family is included in very many activities. That way, you just grow together totally, because everyone knows everyone else and their private environment. We even meet our Hungarian colleagues at least once a year.

I still remember a buggy ride in Schladming where I pushed my own limits. I had a lot of fun, but when the round trip turned into a small competition, it became too fast for me and I simply hopped down without further thinking. So at least the title as winner of the hearts was secured for me.

Something personal about Margit

Anyone who knows me knows that my heart beats for heavy metal and historical novels. Both allow me to really switch off and put everyday life to one side for a while. I’ve also been interested in spiritual topics for as long as I can remember, and I enjoy exploring them in my spare time.
