Hotmelt moulding
Hot melt technology is a tool design that operates in the low pressure range, enabling the use of aluminium moulds. Due to the low processing pressure and low temperatures, this process is particularly suitable for sensitive raw materials such as circuit boards or relays. The hot melt process thus ensures maximum flexibility and precision.
Soldering
Precise soldering ensures corrosion-resistant, current- and heat-conducting connections. This results in durable and reliable cable assemblies that meet even the highest demands.
3D Printing
We use modern 3D printing to create prototypes, customised components and complex moulds. This shortens development times and opens up new possibilities for innovative manufacturing solutions.
