How Johannes would describe his job
My focus is on H&S Sensortechnik, where I manage projects and provide direct support to customers. My goal is to provide our customers with technical solutions quickly and reliably. I also work strategically with the H&S management team to develop new perspectives, overcome challenges and further improve the company’s performance.
The best thing about Johannes’s job is
I appreciate the trust placed in me and the freedom that comes with it to organise my tasks independently. H&S operates in an exciting market with interesting customers, which makes my everyday work varied and dynamic.
What Johannes especially appreciates at H&S
Our team is characterised by consistency, reliability, openness and humanity. Together, we achieve our goals. I have known our managing directors Christian Hochegger and Markus Schroll since 2009 and admire what they have built up. I am fully committed to supporting their continued success.
Something personal about Johannes
After decades in the automotive industry, I am delighted to now be part of the friendly ‘company family’ at H&S. My wife and my three adult sons always accompany me with their backing and support.
