This is how Simone describes her job
The first view goes immediately to the PC: I skim the mails and clarify urgent matters. After that, I have all the items packed and sent to our customers. The rest of my 4,5 hour day I am always in contact with our production and my customers: Clarifying delivery dates & processing orders are the main focuses here.
My favorite time of the year begins in the fall: This is when we start preparing for the Christmas season. Especially the Christmas presents are under my care, where I like to rack my brains every year on new gift ideas.
The best thing about Simone's job is
With us it is and always will be exciting: Of course you have your certain tasks that have to be fulfilled every day, but you are always faced with new challenges. Whether it’s a shipment that has to arrive on time or waiting for an urgent article from production, there’s no such thing as boredom here.
If everything goes well at the end of the day, we are all the more pleased. It’s always nice to receive positive feedback from customers.
What Simone escpecially appreciates about H&S
The working atmosphere at H&S is 100% right: Cohesion and fairness are very important to us. Of course, among all this, fun is never neglected: whether on excursions or in the office, our dress code is always a big grin on our face.
What is a real plus for me personally is that each of us gets a day off short-termed. Every mother knows the situation: the kids aren’t feeling well and you don’t want to leave them home alone. A short phone call is enough and you can take full care of your children at home.
Something personal about Simone
Besides my two school-aged children, my great passion is cooking. Browsing through recipes and testing new dishes: My colleagues are literally my tasters.
Another hobby is skiing: This is what my family does. Here we usually stay in Austria, because many ski resorts are almost around the corner and our country has simply fantastic places to discover.
