Future Fair Schärding 2024

With around 1,200 visitors, the Future Fair is one of the most important trade fairs for young people & careers in the region.

This year, we were once again there as an exhibitor and used this great opportunity to make direct contact with the young people. The apprenticeship fair in Schärding was a key opportunity to accompany young people on their way to becoming the skilled workers of tomorrow. We are delighted to give young people and their parents a personal insight into our corporate world and training programmes. Our aim is to arouse interest in our company and to show how diverse the opportunities in our company are.

The Future Fair gives us the opportunity to answer questions, give an insight into everyday working life and present our “apprenticeship as an office administrator”. “Here, visitors can find out directly from our current apprentices and trainers what an apprenticeship at H&S is like and what opportunities our apprenticeships offer”, says Andreas Gumpoltsberger. 

We actively support young people in their decision to embark on vocational training and work together to shape the future of our company and our industry.
The date of 17 and 18 October 2025 for the next edition of the Future Fair has already been set and we look forward to being there again!
