For which industries does H&S manufacture cable assemblies?
The production of cable assemblies is basically possible for a wide range of industries. However, H&S Kabeltechnik mainly produces for the electronics industry, plant and mechanical engineering, the heating industry, medical technology, the automotive sector and the lift industry.
What is the process for manufacturing a new product?
- Drawing/samples from the customer
- Creation of a parts list + production drawing
-Production of a sample incl. initial sample test report
-Approval by the customer
- Start of series production
How does H&S Kabeltechnik guarantee perfect quality?
Product traceability is guaranteed in all production processes. In addition, the products are 100% tested in the final inspection in order to supply customers with cable assemblies of the highest quality.
ISO 9001 + UL certifications are a must for us.
Which machines/processes are used in production?
We rely on fully automatic cutting systems and crimping machines. We also have over 300 different crimping tools as well as Lumberg semi-automatic and Komax fully automatic machines and a Schäfer fully automatic machine. All these and many other machines, as well as well-trained employees, enable flawless production.

Can private individuals also order from H&S Kabeltechnik?
Individual parts such as connectors, lambda sensors, glow igniters, etc. can also be purchased by private individuals in the webshop of our sister company H&S SENSORTECHNIK.
Cable assemblies are produced exclusively in series production for the industrial sector.
