Planning for the expansion has been underway since 2022 and now the time has finally come:
The ground-breaking ceremony took place on 20 March, marking the start of construction work. The construction work is in full swing and progress can be seen almost every day. ‘It was a matter of course for us to outsource the construction work to local companies. The schedule is right and we are very satisfied with the progress of the construction work,’ reports Christian Hochegger.

The aim of the extension is to create a seamless link between the existing office and warehouse space and the new building.
The result is a holistic, modern building complex with a feel-good factor for our employees.

18 April: The humus is removed.
08 May: The excavation work for the future 885m² underground car park begins.
16 May: The roller does its job.
30 May: The foundations for the building are almost finished.
12 June: All support pillars are standing like one.
19 June: Preparations for the first ceiling are underway. The concrete will soon be poured!
02 July: Part of the ceiling is concreted, the remaining formwork is laid in stages.
12 July: The ceiling is completely concreted. This is already being partially levelled as our future warehouse floor.
17 July: The formwork for the walls is prepared. The first outlines of the ground floor can gradually be seen.
14 August: The ceiling for the first floor has been concreted and the underground car park (left) is also slowly taking shape.
30 August: The wall between the warehouse and the office building was concreted and connected to the existing building. The façade of the existing building was also opened up.
05 September: A lot is also happening on the inside: the staircase between the ground floor and the upper floor is moved.
18 September: The walls between the new and existing buildings are removed.
08 October: The outer walls and windows for the new warehouse are gradually erected.
17 October: Our future inner courtyard becomes increasingly visible.
04 November: A beautiful view outside: all windows are set before the onset of winter.
19 November: The first Rigibs partition walls are erected.
December 11: Progress is also clearly visible on the exterior. The façade is gradually being completed.
January 3: On the ground floor, the future office for our purchasing team is taking shape.
January 9: The offices on the upper floor are being equipped with floor sockets and temperature sensors. Preparations for the lighting are underway.
January 16: The new underground parking garage will offer 36 parking spaces for our employees.
February 3: The underfloor heating pipes have been installed.
February 14: The screed has been laid and the heating-up process has begun. The first interior walls are being installed.
February 20: The new meeting room is being fitted with reclaimed wood wall cladding.
March 5: The connecting door from the warehouse to the new office spaces has been installed.
March 11: After creating openings into the old office spaces, the image of a unified building is gradually emerging.
March 14: In the spacious underground parking garage, the walls have been painted and all lights have been installed.
March 20: In the stairwell connecting the underground garage, ground floor, and upper floor, the first tiles are being laid.
March 24: The roof structure for the new employee terrace is now in place.
March 27: In the existing building, the old tiles and carpets are being removed.
April 1: Rounded corners contribute to an inviting and modern atmosphere.
April 3: The first lamp above the main staircase to the upper floor has been installed.
April 7: The underground garage now provides comfortable and weather-protected parking, including charging stations for our electric vehicles.
April 9: Glass walls are being installed step by step, creating an open yet quiet work environment.
April 11: The installation of our new, modern employee kitchen is in full swing.
April 17: A stylish handrail now leads to the offices of our technical sales team.
April 23: The bright atrium with large lights and abundant wood allows natural light to brighten the surrounding offices and lounge areas.
April 25: More and more painting work is being completed, and preparations for floor installation have been made.
April 29: Carpet flooring has been fully laid in all office spaces.
May 2: In the future, our team will be able to relax and take a break on the new rooftop terrace.
May 5: An artistic wallpaper decorates not only the walls of the new restrooms but also features in the new kitchen.
May 7: A space for inspiration and new ideas — the library is directly connected to our technical sales offices.
May 9: Step in and feel welcome — our renovated entrance area features a new wooden panel ceiling.
May 12: Our new lounge area with a large seating corner is being created to enjoy relaxing lunch breaks.
May 13: Light-filled offices with views of greenery provide a pleasant and productive working environment.
May 15: Atrium meetup point — our coffee kitchen with cozy seating and greenery invites you to linger.
May 19: Our custom H&S wallpaper turns the wardrobe area into a real eye-catcher.
