This is how Verena describes her job
Diverse & varied: These two characteristics describe my position best.
For me, everything revolves around order processing: starting with the creation of the order, through delivery date monitoring, to the delivery of the finished parts. Since you have to work closely with so many different departments, such as sales and warehouse as well as our production, you are always learning something new.
Every product and every customer is unique and is therefore handled differently. Of course, our customers always come first and we want to satisfy them 100%.
The best thing about Verena’s job is
I like the fact that you don’t just sit in the office every day, but also get out and meet the customers personally. Visiting customers is always exciting: you get an insight into why certain requirements are needed in the same way and you get to know the person behind the screen. It’s always great when you get a face to the name of who you’re talking to.
What Verena especially appreciates at H&S
The appreciation that the company shows you. At H&S, you are not just a number: you are listened to when you have problems and your wishes and suggestions are taken into account.
Furthermore, the working hours and the working atmosphere are really super.
With flextime, you can organize your time freely and you also have more time for your hobbies after work. We also have a lot of fun together in our day-to-day work: there’s a lot of laughter and every colleague always has a few encouraging words if something doesn’t go according to plan.
Something personal about Verena
Out of the everyday clothes & into the riding boots: I am a total animal lover and own a Hungarian Warmblood called “Sumák”. Of course, this hobby involves a lot of work like stable work, riding, feeding, etc., but for one’s own passion & the well-being of the animals one likes to take time.
