This is how Stefan would describes his job
Minimizing stock levels, improving processes and putting them into practice, negotiating conditions in the best possible way, achieving savings, and so on … My typical working day covers a wide variety of areas and presents new challenges every day. Besides all this, I am happy to offer my help with any (purchasing-related) problems, after all, we are only strong as a team.
The best thing about Stefan's job
The best thing for me is the good cooperation within the team and with the Hungarian colleagues. We support each other 100% and, of course, we also have a lot of fun.
Also the knowledge and experience we have gained can be put to good use on a daily basis. It’s nice to see the work pay off at the end of the day.
What Stefan especially appreciates about H&S
Fast & uncomplicated is the motto at H&S: short paths to the management, decisions are made quickly and when problems arise, the focus is always on finding a solution.
What is also remarkable is the very high value that each individual employee has with us: Company car if desired, invitations to dinner, life insurance, free drinks and sweets, etc. – all this is just a small excerpt of all that is offered on the part of H&S.
Something personal about Stefan
Family is my number one priority and thanks to our two sons it is never boring.
In my free time I like to deal with soccer: I can’t play actively anymore, but I am very active in the youth work: The little ones (Bambini) are under my care and are trained by me, which always gives me a lot of pleasure.
