This is how Moni describes her job
I work in marketing, and my role is very diverse. I manage and optimize our online channels, such as social media and the website, create sales-supporting materials, and assist with event organization. What I find particularly exciting is that I can take on both creative and strategic tasks, and there are always new challenges waiting for me.

What I appreciate most is the variety and diversity of my role. I especially enjoy that independence and trust are highly valued, while the valuable and constructive exchange with my colleagues never takes a backseat.

From the very beginning, I felt that people really matter here – and that feeling has been confirmed. Teamwork at H&S is truly lived, not just an empty word. There is an open and friendly atmosphere, and when things get busy, everyone supports each other.
Something personal about Moni
The most important thing in my life is my family. I also enjoy spending time with my friends, going out and about with them. I love spending time in nature, where I can recharge and find peace. And nothing beats a good coffee in the sun – pure relaxation for me!
