As a customer service apprentice, I communicate a lot with our customers by phone or e-mail. My main tasks include creating orders, invoicing, creating shipping labels and, of course, making phone calls. I have a wide variety of tasks in the office every day. This brings variety to my working day and never leads to boredom.
It never gets boring and you never stop learning! As an apprentice, I’m given more and more tasks and responsibilities every day, so I’m always faced with new challenges.
The flexibility is also great. I can basically organise my tasks as I wish, as long as I do them conscientiously and according to urgency. I also find the organisation of the entire company particularly exciting. All of our departments are very closely linked and you always need the support of others.
Clearly: All employees:inside here. It’s like having a second family here. Nobody stands on the outside, but you are integrated and involved right from the start. As an apprentice, I really feel at home here. You can often fall on your own nose, but there is always someone there to patiently help you.
For me, many time revolves around sport. In my free time, you can usually find me at the gym, which is also sponsored by the company as a benefit, or on the sports field, where I cheer on my home team, the Union Enzenkirchen.
I also enjoy spending time with my friends and am therefore always happy to be out and about.
