How Jonas would describe his job
As an apprentice in technical sales, I spend most of my working day in front of a PC: working out articles, processing inquiries, researching delivery times and calculating prices – all this is part of my daily tasks.
If I’m not in the office, you’re bound to find me in the warehouse or the lab:
Either helping out with larger deliveries from Pemac, checking lambda sensors for various faults or programming circuit boards.
The best thing about Jonas’s job is
I am a proud part of H&S Kabeltechnik: You are allowed to really lend a hand at H&S and are not just stamped as an apprentice.
You are taught a lot, given a lot of confidence and given a wide variety of tasks from all areas.
Boredom is a foreign word and that’s a good thing: It’s better to be stressful than to have to count the hours every day.
What Jonas especially appreciates at H&S
The family atmosphere is unique. You get a warm welcome as soon as you start your job and get a good feeling.
With the ongoing excursions, you get to know your colleagues better outside the office, and they strengthen the cohesion. My personal highlight so far has been the company excursion to our production in Hungary, which was simply a lot of fun.

On weekends, it’s important for me to spend a lot of time with my friends:
