„We can achieve our goals as a team with a strong will and corresponding fighting spirit“
My working day starts every day with my “good morning round” to the different departments to be up to date. Smiling employees motivate me and so I start the day with complete enthusiasm. Most of the time I spend in front of the computer and work on my e-mails, check the controlling data and take care of the coordination of various projects.
100% clearly: to experience the permanent development of the company. I like to describe the last 5-10 years as a pioneering phase. Here, the focus was on orientation and team development in Austria as well as in Hungary. Looking back, this phase was very good, but the current optimization phase is better: we have a stable company with exceptional partnerships that I am proud of.
A personal highlight for me are also the annual fairs: getting out of the office and off to various cities. No exhibition is the same and there are always a few surprises in store, which is precisely why such events are always exciting and varied.
Our team reflects our mission statement 1:1: honesty, cooperation and fairness play a big role for us and of course fun must not be neglected. We do a lot together outside the office and this strengthens our team spirit incredibly.
What I appreciate most about Markus is his down-to-earthness and his way of thinking. One look is enough and he knows what’s going on inside me. We complement each other perfectly I always like to say, “I’m the technical businessman and he’s the commercial technician.”
About many things and especially about this question. 😀
We have experienced many funny stories in our company career and one of them is the one from 2007/2008: We delivered electrically NOT tested goods to the Flachau ski resort. A while later we received a call that the items were defective. Shortly afterwards, we replaced the cables in the snow gun in the middle of the snow – and all this with sneakers on our feet. Since then, one thing is certain: all cables are always 100% electronically tested!
Yes and no, the first outlines came at the age of 23, when you ask yourself what you want to achieve in life. At that age, many people focused on leisure time and vacations, but for me, work was number one, and that’s when the decision to start a company was made.
Communication, openness and honesty: these principles have always been important to me and will continue to be so forever. With experience, I now also like to get a third opinion – such an opinion can’t hurt more often!
I live a simple, down-to-earth life with my wife and two children. To compensate for everyday life, I am a junior soccer coach of the U9 team. Although I have to admit, the hobby and the job have one thing in common: “No pain, no gain!”
Of course, my family & our health come first for me, but beyond that, I’m glad to be lucky enough to know people in life who believe in me and support me – even in hard times. Every one of us has many bad experiences in life and that’s where it’s nice and also important that someone builds you up.
I have often dealt with this question and I always come to the same conclusion: My goal cannot be defined in numbers. Our company should be solidly built with good, sensible structures and sustained growth. In my private life, I am a cheerful person according to the motto: “Go through life with a smile and life laughs back.” – and it’s this laughter that we should never lose.
