Planning for the expansion has been underway since 2022 and now the time has finally come:
The ground-breaking ceremony took place on 20 March, marking the start of construction work. The construction work is in full swing and progress can be seen almost daily. „It was a matter of course for us to outsource the construction work to local companies. The schedule is right and we are very satisfied with the construction progress”, reports Christian Hochegger.
The aim of the extension is to create a seamless link between the existing office and warehouse space and the new building.
The result is a holistic, modern building complex with a feel-good factor for our employees.

April 18: The humus is removed
May 08: Excavation work begins for the future 885m² underground parking garage
May 16: The roller does its job
May 30: The foundations for the building are as good as finished
June 12: All support pillars are fixed.
June 19: Preparations for the first ceiling are underway. The concrete will soon be poured!
July 02: Part of the ceiling is concreted, the remaining formwork is laid in stages.
July 12: The ceiling is completely concreted. This is already being partially levelled as our future warehouse floor.
July 17: The formwork for the walls is being prepared. The first outlines of the ground floor can gradually be seen.
August 14: The ceiling for the first floor has been concreted and the underground car park (left) is also slowly taking shape.
August 30: The wall between the warehouse and the office building was concreted and connected to the existing building. The façade of the existing building was also opened up.
September 05: A lot is also happening on the inside: the staircase between the ground floor and the upper floor is moved.
September 18: The walls between the new and existing buildings are removed.
October 08: The outer walls and windows for the new warehouse are gradually being built.
October 17: Our future inner courtyard is becoming increasingly visible.
November 04: A beautiful view outside: all windows are set before the winter.
November 19: The first Rigibs partition walls are erected.
December 11: The outdoor area is also making steady progress. The façade is gradually being completed.
January 03: The future office of our purchasing team is taking shape on the ground floor.
January 09: The offices on the upper floor are equipped with floor boxes and temperature sensors. All preparations are made for the lighting.
January 16: 36 parking spaces for our employees are created in the new underground car park.
February 03: The hoses for the underfloor heating have been laid.
February 14: The screed is laid and the curing process begins. The first walls are built.
February 20: The new meeting room also has wall paneling made of reclaimed wood.
March 05: The connecting door from the warehouse to the new offices was installed.
March 11: After the breakthroughs into the old offices, the image of a uniform building gradually emerges.
March 14: The walls in the spacious underground garage were painted & all the lights were installed.
March 20: The first tiles are laid in the stairwell connecting the underground garage, ground floor and upper floor.
March 24: The roofing of the new terrace for our employees is in place.
March 27: The old tiles and carpets are removed from the existing building.
April 01: Rounded corners create an inviting & modern atmosphere.
April 03: The first lamp hangs above the main staircase to the upper floor.
07 April: The underground car park now offers convenient & weather-protected parking facilities with charging options for our e-cars.
