This is how Stefanie describes her job
For me, everything revolves around procurement: ordering raw materials, monitoring deadlines for placed orders, concluding framework agreements and renegotiating prices as well as delivery times.
All of this involves day-to-day contact with various suppliers and our production.
The best part of Stefanie´s job is
What I enjoy most about my job is working independently: I set my own daily schedule and determine which tasks are done when.
H&S gives me a lot of trust and freedom, and no one is constantly looking over my shoulder. I appreciate all of this very much: Because what counts at the end of the day is that, everything has been done properly.
What Stefanie especially appreciates at H&S
The family atmosphere and the team spirit.
Together you simply get more done and tasks are completed much faster. Of course, fun at work is never neglected. After work, we often do things together, which has led to some really good friendships.
Something personal about Stefanie
I like to do things with my friends, but I also like to be at home: Here I just feel comfortable, I can relax, slow down and take time for myself and my hobbies.
