8 new electric cars at H&S Kabeltechnik
H&S Kabeltechnik has offered all staff the opportunity to drive an electric car, thereby creating a new mobility scheme.
And that’s not all: staff can, of course, also use the modern vehicles for private purposes. As an added bonus, the cars are charged free of charge. To this end, a smart charging infrastructure comprising a total of eight charging points has been set up on the company premises.
According to the Federal Environment Agency, electric vehicles offer good opportunities to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and energy consumption from road traffic.
What sets H&S Kabeltechnik apart is that electricity generation is not overlooked either: a 32 kW photovoltaic system generates a large proportion of the electricity required on-site.
